Terms, in plain language.

This is the agreement between you and Canvass Pro, a VYAN OS product, for using canvasspro.io and the Canvass Pro apps. Using the product means you accept it. It is written to be read.

The service

Canvass Pro is a canvassing map for field teams: scored doors, territories, storm overlays, offline knock logging, leaderboards, and the Command dashboard. The free tier is a real product, not a trial, and does not expire.

Pricing

• Free: $0. The scored map, offline logging, and the live storm stream to watch.
• Pro: $49 per active operator per month, or $41 a month billed yearly. An active operator is a rep who logged a knock in that billing month. A rep who sits out costs nothing. Manager seats never bill.
• Command: $79 per active operator per month, or $66 a month billed yearly.

Prices are stated before tax. Month to month plans cancel any time, in the product, prorated, with no exit fee. Yearly plans renew annually and can be set not to renew at any point.

The Storm Guarantee

A qualifying storm is hail one inch or larger crossing doors already on your map. If Canvass Pro does not turn a qualifying storm into a routed lead list the same day, email us within seven days and that month of Pro is credited. One email, no forms.

30 day money back

If Pro is not working for your crew in the first 30 days, email us and the payment is returned. No call, no retention script.

Your data

Your crew's field data is yours. You can export it any time and take it with you. We never delete your leads for non-payment; a lapsed plan drops you to Free, the data stays. Privacy is covered in plain language in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Follow the law where you knock: local solicitation rules, do-not-call rules, and trespass law are yours to honor.
• The do-not-call and do-not-knock flags in the product are there to be respected, not bypassed.
• No reselling, scraping, or redistributing the storm feed or enrichment data outside your account.
• No abuse of the platform: no attacks, no attempts to reach other accounts' data.

Honest limits

Weather data is a best-effort read of live feeds, not a warranty of what fell on a specific roof. Door scores are estimates that prioritize, not promises that convert. The product is provided as is; our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.
